Returns Policy

Shipping within Canada:
We proudly offer reliable shipping across Canada. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We partner with major shipping companies to provide cost-effective, secure delivery. Most Canadian orders arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees:

• Free shipping on all orders over $100.
• A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $100.

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) EST will usually be processed the same day. During peak times or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we’re always working to get your fragrances to you quickly.

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Return Shipping:

• For most returns, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you once your return is approved.
• Drop off your return package at any Canada Post location.
• If the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product, return shipping is free.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
